WeRave Music Vol. 02 – Earth

WeRave Music Vol 02 - Terra

Welcome to our second Volume Series and to start this journey we will take you to our home planet. Earth. 🙂

Our home planet is the third planet from the Sun, and the only place we know of so far that’s inhabited by living things.

While Earth is only the fifth largest planet in the solar system, it is the only world in our Solar System with liquid water on the surface.

Just slightly larger than nearby Venus, Earth is the biggest of the four planets closest to the Sun, all of which are made of rock and metal.

Earth is the third planet from the Sun at a distance of about 150 million km and Earth’s atmosphere is 78 percent nitrogen, 21 percent oxygen and 1 percent other ingredients making the perfect balance to breathe and live. Our atmosphere protects us from incoming meteoroids, most of which break up in our atmosphere before they can strike the surface.

The name Earth is at least 1,000 years old. All of the planets, except for Earth, were named after Greek and Roman gods and goddesses. However, the name Earth is a Germanic word, which simply means “the ground”.

This is a volume series mixed by WeRave Music to present you the best in the electronic music universe, combined with interesting curiosities about the Universe we live. And all this to make your music experience even better. So fasten your seat belts and have a great trip!
